2. Terms of Service — Optimise Programme

The Optimise Programme is a premium, intensive personal-development service informed by psychological and coaching approaches.
It is not psychotherapy, not EMDR therapy, and not clinical treatment.

By booking a Discovery Session or programme, you agree to these Terms.

Nature of the Service

Optimise is suitable for people who are generally well but seeking clarity, insight, or change.

If clinical or therapeutic support is more appropriate, we will signpost you to trusted partners such as EMDR Focus.

Confidentiality

Information shared in sessions is confidential except when:

  • Required by law

  • Risk of harm is identified

  • Discussed within professional supervision (anonymous)

Communication

Communications between sessions should relate to admin or practical matters.
We aim to respond within 24 hours during working hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm UK).

Programme Structure

Programmes typically include:

  • Discovery Session

  • Six weeks of personalised 1:1 sessions

  • Integration practices

  • Access to relevant resources

  • Final review session

Fees & Payment

  • Fees are confirmed before enrolment.

  • Payment is due upfront unless a plan is agreed.

  • Fees are non-refundable once the programme begins.

Cancellations

  • 48+ hours’ notice: may reschedule.

  • Less than 48 hours: full fee applies.

  • Discovery Sessions cancelled with <48 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

  • If we cancel, no fee is charged.

Your Responsibilities

Engagement with sessions and integration practices is essential.

Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee outcomes.
You remain responsible for your actions and wellbeing.

Ending the Programme

You may end at any time; fees are non-refundable.
We may end the programme if boundaries are not upheld or attendance becomes inconsistent

6. Disclaimer

The Optimise Programme provides coaching and personal-development support informed by psychology.

It is not:

  • Psychotherapy

  • EMDR therapy

  • Clinical treatment

  • Crisis support

If you require therapy, we will signpost you to partners such as EMDR Focus.
